A Better Way Coalition is a
statewide end-of-life coalition open to professional
associations and organizations, citizen advocacy groups,
concerned individuals, health care and medical
facilities, hospices, educational institutions, related
government agencies, and local coalitions throughout
Idaho. Each member is committed to the mission and
contributes to the ongoing success of the Coalition.
A Better Way Coalition
provides knowledge, tools, and mechanisms to promote
broad-based, compassionate palliative care for
terminally ill and dying people and the frail elderly
who are completing life.
A Better Way Coalition is
an advocate for change. Members believe that the most
effective way to move from a death-denying to a
life-affirming culture is to promote professional
development and community awareness at the State and
local levels.

When you join A Better Way Coalition
you will be recognized as an advocate for
compassionate end-of-life care for terminally ill
and dying people and the frail elderly who
are completing life.

When you join A Better Way Coalition
you will have the opportunity to meet and
collaborate with other people committed to
compassionate end-of-life care in Idaho.

When you join A Better Way Coalition
you will be recognized for your leadership on
brochures, the Website, and other material.

Members of A Better Way Coalition
convene five times a year at general meetings and
communicate electronically at other times. The
Coalition is in the process of becoming a formal
non-profit organization.

When you join A Better Way Coalition modest annual dues provide operating
revenue for this all-volunteer organization
including special projects that benefit Coalition
members and Idaho communities.

you can add membership in a national award-winning
organization to your resume.

you step out of the crowd to become a leader in the
end-of-life movement in Idaho.
