Trouble Printing?

When you print a page from our website do you find that some of the text is missing along the edge? If so, here is an easy way to fix the problem!

NOTE: This procedure is for Microsoft's Internet Explorer, other browsers may have a slightly different procedure.  If you are using another browser, consult the help section for details on how to change print margins and font sizes.

To set browser print margins:

1. From Internet Explorer, go to the 'File' menu and select 'Print Preview'

2. From the Print Preview window select the Page Setup icon. This icon looks like a piece of paper with a yellow gear in the lower left corner of the paper.

3. Set all margins to .25" and click the OK button.

Now print and the borders should not be cut off. (The .25" margins will now remain in place as the print default for all your web pages.)

If your printer will not do .25" margins, then try setting the browser font to a smaller font and try again with your printer minimum margin settings.

To set the browser font size do the following:

1. From Internet Explorer, go to the 'View' menu and select 'Text Size'

2. Select the best size for your printer.  Typically 'Medium' or 'Smaller' will work fine.
